Cookies and similar technologies

Last updated October 29, 2026

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on triggerprice.app, operated by Trigger (triggerprice.app). We keep this simple: we only use cookies that are needed for the site to work, to keep it secure, or to remember choices you make. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages or visits, such as whether you are signed in. Similar technologies include local storage and scripts that check whether a visitor is a person or a bot.

2. Cookies we set

Essential cookies are needed for the Service to work and cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in or security. Preference cookies remember choices you make.

__Host-ts (essential)

  • Purpose: your session cookie. It keeps you signed in to your account.
  • Duration: 30 days, rolling. The period is renewed while you keep using the site.

__Host-csrf (essential)

  • Purpose: security. It protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
  • Duration: session. It is removed when you close your browser.

__Host-oauth (essential)

  • Purpose: used only during Google sign-in, to complete the sign-in securely.
  • Duration: 10 minutes.

ts_in (essential)

  • Purpose: only tells our pages that you are signed in, so they can show the right menu and links.
  • Duration: 30 days.

cur (preference)

  • Purpose: remembers the currency you chose for prices.
  • Duration: 1 year.

lang (preference)

  • Purpose: remembers the language you chose for the site.
  • Duration: 1 year.

3. Third-party technologies

  • Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Turnstile on forms to stop bots and abuse. When it shows a challenge, Cloudflare may set cookies needed to complete that check. These are used for security only.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
  • Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google, you will be sent to Google's sign-in page, where Google's own cookies and privacy policy apply.

When you follow a link to a partner booking site, that site may set its own cookies, including cookies that record that you came from Trigger. Those cookies are controlled by the partner and covered by its own cookie and privacy policies.

4. What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies.
  • No cross-site tracking cookies.
  • No social media tracking pixels.

5. Managing cookies

You can control cookies in your browser settings:

  • You can block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
  • If you delete the cur or lang cookies, the site will go back to its default currency and language.

6. Changes to this page

We will update this page if we add, remove or change any cookie, and change the "updated" date at the top.

7. More information
